I didn’t know bubbes like this existed today. My Bubbe, many years ago used to make the bletlach for the blintzes and did they taste good. I wish Bubbe did take out.

Why have take out, try to make it yourself. It may look hard but you will be proud of your accomplishment. And overtime you will find yourself getting better and better at it.
